The Founding Three and How It All Began...
These three bulldogs are the reason TGLBR is here today. All of them made their people realize the need for an organization such as TGLBR in the area. Check out their stories, they're pretty adorable.
LolaTraveler, Snacker, Princess
Lola was taken in as a pup in 2011 at 11 weeks old. She was a puppy mill pup, not up to “show quality” and they had no use for her. Lola is a traveler and has 1 fursister (Zoe) and two fur brothers (Mario and Tiger) Lola loves cheese, scrambled eggs, steamed carrots and watermelon. Lola won't lay anywhere without her fuzzy blanket and hates having her ears cleaned. At night sits down next to her bed and waits for her person to "fluff" it before she will lay on it. |
TitusIs that a naked dog eating a carrot?
Titus joined his forever family as a 10m old who had already been in 2 homes. The plan to foster went out the window when they fell in love after the first night and chose to foster fail instead. Titus joined fur siblings Pepin, Morgan, and Homer and learned to love sharing lettuce with his resident guinea pigs. Titus is a spunky guy with congenital heart problems and skin allergies but he doesn't let his health issues keep him from trying to be the boss of the house. Titus is happiest munching on veggies, chewing on his toys and snuggling with his chosen people. Much to his mom's dismay, Titus still isn't a fan of wearing his fancy Jeep harness--he'd much prefer to run around naked! |
