What Does Fostering a Bulldog Involve? When you foster, you agree to take a homeless dog into your home and give him or her love, care and attention, either for a predetermined period of time or until the dog is adopted. The rescue will pay for veterinary bills and food while the dog is in your care. We do ask that you are available to bring the dog to certain events or to meet and greets as needed and follow vet recommendations. Why Do We Need Foster Homes?
